I don't like going to government agencies simply because I hate long wait times not to mention so most of the time I end up criticizing their system of doing things but then it's inevitable to visit one in a person's lifetime. This week, I went to 3 government agencies. You read it right, 3! To my surprise, I can now say that not all government agencies give crappy service and there are still some who, regardless of long queues, leaves their customer that feeling of satisfaction.
